'GREAT PLAYER LET DOWN BY APPALLING SOFTWARE AND FINISH'
Strengths:
Great all in one music and video player neat and compact
Weaknesses:
The finish is just too easily ruined by fingerprints or anything that comes into contact with it, if you dont keep it in a case of some kind thus hiding it's beauty, see how long it lasts with some loose change or keys in a handbag.Oh and i-tunes what an truly awful software program, I've lost count of the times I get "i-tunes cannot find file" aaaaaargh.
Overall:
Great player let down by both the software and the terrible earphones, replace at the earliest opportunity.

'BEST THING SINCE SLICED BREAD'
Strengths:
Massive amount of data storage, long battery life, portable, good price, versatile, modern and easy to use.
Weaknesses:
On the large side, prone to freezing.
Overall:
A fantastic portable music player with great storage capabilites. Well worth paying the extra for an uncomparable mp4 player.

'80GB AND LOSSLESS FOR £250 IS A NO BRAINER'
Strengths:
80 gb, lossless sound, small and neat design, good screen. good sound if you invest in better headphones - i use Bose Quiet comfort 2 and also B&O A8s.
Weaknesses:
battery life is poor, unit still easily scratched and you can only hook up your ipod to one pc with itunes, otherwise it may overwrite your entire library! Awful headphones. Only USB charging is bundled with the box.
Overall:
Not as flexible as say an Archos where you can drag and drop media files directly from PC. But good storage capacity, lossless sound and using decent headphones along with overall look, style make this a strong product
