'A MAJOR UPGRADE '
Strengths:
I use one on the hi-fi and another on the tv/dvd/ps3. I was surprised at the huge improvement in sound quality much more detail and clearly defined bass lines and what surprised me was that when I fiitted the 2nd one on the tv feed the hi-fi improved even further! The tv picture is also much cleaner (less picture noise) and sharper. It also stopped the clicks from the fridge on my tv.
Weaknesses:
None at all. As What Hi-fi say "It really is a no brainer"
Overall:
A real bargain, one of the cheapest upgrades going. Available via Amazon for £25 incl p&p.

Strengths:
Really tightened midrange and bass on my hifi
Weaknesses:

Overall:
Brilliant, I wasn't sure it would work to improve the sound on my NAD seperates, but it did, everything is tighter and more rich. Would recommend to any one

'SMALL IMPROVEMENT'
Strengths:
Price and build quality. A reasonably priced 6 way surge protector with some mains condtioning
Weaknesses:
None so far
Overall:
I must admit I bought this to sort out a noise problem on a Humax PVR and it hasn't fixed it, though I now believe this is due to noise on the ariel cable produced by the Humax itself. Overall I can't say I've seen a marked improvement then again I seem to have a good mains supply. There seems to be a small improvement on sound quality from my Denon AVR I guess for 30 quid (Maplin Special offer) I didn't expect much. Only concern is this has replaced a surge protector which also protected the ariel cable, most likely source of lightning damage into my set-up.

'A SMALL BUT NOTICEABLE IMPROVEMENT'
Strengths:
looks well made and is cheap for what it does, creates a slightly more detailed and composed sound stage. Good lead length.
Weaknesses:
Not a massif difference, buy hey! this is hifi and any positive difference for under £40 is welcome, especially good value if you have to buy an extension block anyway. I am lucky enough not to have noisy mains but it has encouraged me to try and audition a more sophisticated product.
Overall:
I could have taken it back to the shop to get my money back if I didn't feel I was getting value but I haven't bought a second one for my hifi.

'GOOD QUALITY PRODUCT, EXCELLENT VALUE. FOR 40 QUID?'
Strengths:
Well made, cleaner sound and vision. A bargain at 40 quid.
Weaknesses:
None
Overall:
I bought 2 one for the LCD TV, DVD Home Cinema unit, front speakers and sub and another for the rear powered speakers. For the price excellent value as the clarity and spaciousness has improved plus a protection against "spikes". Very Good product.

'EXCELLENT'
Strengths:
Excellent value for moeny, well made and does what it says it does.
Weaknesses:
For the price, none to date.
Overall:
Makes a noticeable difference to picture quality and really opens up the sound to give a greater separation and clarity to the sonics. Great product for the price if you are thinking of cleaning up the mains on a budget.
