'A Real Competitor to the Nano'
Strengths:
Tiny
Many file formats
Well Constructed
Touch Screen
52 hours of audio
Louder than a nano
SD card allows you to add to the 2gb or 4gb or internal memory.
Plays video
Weaknesses:
No AAC
Nano has higher resolution audio

Overall:
A beautiful piece of tech jewellery. Plays a diversity of file formats and has the advantage of playing the DAB recordings made on a Pure Evoke 3 or Roberts that you've made by slipping the SD card in to the player without any conversion.

Not playing AAC is a pain and the interface isn't as intuitive as the Apple one.

The sound balance is warmer than the Apple but with lower resolution.

Getting files on to it is easy. You hardly need any software as you can get away with drag and drop or just put the files on an SD card and insert that.
