'AS THE REVIEW SAYS - SUPERB PICTURES AND EASY TO USE '
Strengths:
Great pictures; good digital tuner holds signal well; upscaling is excellent (HDMI cable needed). Easy to tweak auto recording e.g. if you want to extend the end time just in case everything is running a few minutes late. Time slip and one touch quick record functions much used on my machine.
Weaknesses:
As with all these machines the manual looks a little daunting but in fact this is an easy machine to use.

I am quite happy with build quality but there again didn't compare it to many others. As it sits on my AV unit it isn't really going to come in for any physical abuse.
Overall:
Great machine which cost me around £280 in December. I was so impressed that I persuaded my 77 year old parents to get one and they are coping admirably with it (they paid £275 in February).
