Strengths: Has excellent features for surround sound movies (DTS/ES, etc). Has an excellent digital processor for converting stereo analogue signals to surround via DTS NEO 6 or Pro Logic IIx. Many inputs on the back inclucing 3 x HDMI connections allowing you to connect 2 HDMI devices to you HD TV. Low power consumption, only 100 Watts.
Weaknesses: Does not support the THX formats. While the HDMI hub is good, the signal in not quite as good as when connecting your DVD player directly to the TV. Only noticable on very dark blacks.
Overall: An excellent system for anyone with a HD TV. Provides al the functionality required for any surround sound movie or listening to your favourite album. A lot cheaper than many comparable systems with the same quality.
