I couldn't afford the V at £1700 but mounted on my Vectored Pink Traingle Export this arm is substantially better than my old Linn Akito.
Surface Noise is lower, tracking better, sibilants less forced, yet there is more detail. I haven't detected any of this arms' so called sterility. I just sounds truthful and flowing. For some reason I find I'm cleaning the stylus less than before (cart is a Shure V15vxmr) and can make some fantastic sounding archive mp3s!
BTW it has a silver interconnect - other reviews talk of it only being copper. The price makes me wince but I don't regret it one bit.
The build quality and finish is astonishing. |
