Green component video is based on a high performance low attenuation ‘industry standard’ design that has for many years been very successful for Black Rhodium as a high performance digital audio cable.
Green component video is made from a solid core of Silver-plated Copper coated Steel insulated to 75 Ohms in low loss PTFE and screened in a Silver-plated Copper braid to protect the signal from extraneous noise and interference. 3 cores- identified by Red- Green and Blue markings on the plugs- are bound together in a sheath for ease of use.
