 RRP: £70 Year: 2004 Description: Unique design of Record Mat for decoupling LP record from turntable platter using concentric cork rings. The main top ring moves between two other rings below a special paper based substrate. Differs from less expensive XLR in that the paper based substrate has a pattern cut out from it to further reduce resonance and the cork rings are directly bonded to the substrate so that sound is a far more immediate with much greater presence.
